Our Commitment

Click Lead Marketing Incorporated guarantees that all services will be completed exactly as described.

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic increases or revenue. We do guarantee that the work listed in your service package will be completed professionally.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund only if:

• The press release is not published to the outlets listed in your service package
• We do not complete the AI optimization or Google Business Profile setup as described
• We are unable to perform the work due to our own technical limitations or internal failure

No Refunds After Work Begins

Refunds are not available once work begins.

Work is considered started when any of the following happens:

• You provide website access or login credentials
• You submit the intake form with required business information
• You approve the press release draft
• We begin account setup or optimization work on your website or Google Business Profile

If you do not provide required access or information within 30 days of purchase, the project is considered active and non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider instead of requesting a refund directly is considered a breach of this agreement. If a chargeback is filed after work begins, all guarantees, licenses and access to deliverables are void.

What We Guarantee

• Press release distribution to listed outlets
• AI website optimization and Google Business Profile setup (if purchased)
• Completion of services within 2 to 3 weeks of receiving all required information

What We Do Not Guarantee

• Specific rankings in Google, Maps or AI platforms
• Traffic increases, sales increases or revenue growth
• Delivery timelines if client delays information or access
• Results affected by algorithm changes in Google or AI systems

Refund Process

If eligible, refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
